本机具有结构合理，外形美观、运转平衡可靠，工作部分螺杆和螺套均采用特殊耐磨合金材料制造而成，产量高，耗电少，寿命长，具有耐磨高效，安装操作、维修方便等特点。

该机采用湿法膨化工艺，其特点是物料进入膨化腔前需进行调质处理，使物料增温增湿，并且部分开始糊化和熟化，然后进入膨化腔内进行膨化，该机喂料装置、切割装置均采用变频电机调速控制，并且具有机外排料机构，操作方便。

关键部件进口，使用用命更长，维护成本低；
